Prohibited Items Policy

This Prohibited Items Policy applies to all sellers using Redline Used Auto Parts, owned and operated by Redline Network Technologies, LLC.

Sellers may only list products that comply with applicable laws and these Marketplace policies.

Prohibited Products

The following items may not be listed, advertised, or sold through the Marketplace:

Illegal Products

• Stolen property
• Counterfeit goods
• Products obtained through fraud
• Products prohibited by federal, state, or local law

Intellectual Property Violations

• Unauthorized replicas
• Counterfeit branded products
• Listings that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights

Unsafe Products

• Recalled automotive products
• Products deemed unsafe by government agencies
• Items altered in a manner that creates unreasonable safety risks

Hazardous Materials

Unless specifically authorized and legally compliant:

• Explosives
• Hazardous chemicals
• Toxic substances
• Radioactive materials

Fraudulent Listings

• Misrepresented products
• False compatibility claims
• Listings containing deceptive or misleading information

Seller Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring all listings comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Marketplace policies.

Marketplace Enforcement

Redline Used Auto Parts reserves the right to:

• Remove listings without notice
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts
• Restrict Marketplace access
• Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when appropriate
