Seller Terms & Conditions

These Seller Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation as a seller on Redline Used Auto Parts ("Marketplace"), owned and operated by Redline Network Technologies, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating a seller account, listing products, or otherwise using the Marketplace as a seller, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on the Marketplace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any seller account at our sole discretion.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Ownership or legal authority to sell listed products.
• Accuracy of product descriptions and images.
• Product pricing.
• Inventory availability.
• Product condition disclosures.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Shipping and delivery obligations.
• Customer support.
• Return and refund policies.
• Warranty fulfillment.

Sellers must maintain accurate listings and promptly update inventory information.

3. Prohibited Listings

Sellers may not list:

• Counterfeit goods.
• Stolen property.
• Illegal products.
• Hazardous materials prohibited by law.
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresented, fraudulent, or deceptive listings.

The Company may remove listings without notice if they violate these requirements.

4. Product Information

Sellers represent and warrant that all listing information is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring compatibility claims, vehicle fitment information, and product descriptions are accurate to the best of their knowledge.

5. Seller Warranties

Any warranty, guarantee, service agreement, return policy, or product representation offered in connection with a product is solely the responsibility of the seller.

Redline Used Auto Parts and Redline Network Technologies, LLC do not provide product warranties and are not responsible for warranty claims, replacements, repairs, or refunds unless otherwise required by law.

6. Orders and Fulfillment

Sellers agree to:

• Fulfill accepted orders promptly.
• Ship products within the timeframe stated in listings.
• Provide accurate tracking information when available.
• Communicate professionally with buyers.

Repeated order cancellations, shipping delays, or customer complaints may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Fees

Sellers agree to pay any applicable Marketplace fees, commissions, subscription charges, payment processing fees, or other fees disclosed by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify fees upon reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers grant Redline Used Auto Parts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote seller-provided content, including product descriptions, images, trademarks, and logos, solely for operating and marketing the Marketplace.

Sellers represent that they possess all necessary rights to such content.

9. Indemnification

Seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redline Used Auto Parts, Redline Network Technologies, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

• Seller products.
• Seller conduct.
• Seller warranties.
• Product defects.
• Intellectual property claims.
• Violations of law.
• Breach of this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Used Auto Parts and Redline Network Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from seller participation in the Marketplace.

The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the seller to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, remove listings, or terminate seller accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Excessive customer complaints.
• Intellectual property violations.
• Failure to fulfill orders.
• Conduct that may harm buyers, sellers, or the Marketplace.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, or franchise between the seller and Redline Used Auto Parts or Redline Network Technologies, LLC.

Sellers operate as independent businesses and are solely responsible for their activities and obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may modify these Seller Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the Marketplace.

Continued use of the Marketplace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Redline Network Technologies, LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
